Full-page screenshots of a dashboard bury the one chart you care about, and cropping afterwards wastes time.
Region capture gives you the section directly: you draw a box over the part of the page you care about and get exactly that image. It is also better AI input than a full-page shot, because images are downscaled to a 1,568 pixel long edge before being sent; a region keeps text large and legible while a tall full-page capture can shrink it below readability.
Trigger region capture from the toolbar, the command palette, or its shortcut, drag the box, and work with the result in the editor. Combine it with redaction when the region contains data you should not share with a model or in a report.
