You need to attach a screenshot to a ticket, but it contains a customer's email address or account number that should not travel with the image.
Redaction in Omni is destructive by design. Pixelation is baked into the exported pixels rather than overlaid, so what you redact stays redacted in any saved, exported, or shared copy. That is what makes it safe for support work rather than cosmetic.
Take your capture, open it in the editor, and apply redaction over the sensitive area. Then copy to clipboard, download, or share, knowing the exported image genuinely no longer contains the data. If a capture must be kept forever, download it; the cloud library cleans up captures past their retention window nightly.
