Use redaction in the capture editor. Pixelation is baked into the exported pixels, so the data is genuinely gone from the saved, copied, or shared image and cannot be recovered later.
Templates are blocks of saved text with a bare-word shortcut. Type the shortcut in any text field and press Tab, and the shortcut is replaced by the full reply. No prefix needed.
Put {{to.first_name}} or {{to.name}} in a template and Omni resolves the recipient from the message context in Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn as the text expands.
Region-capture the table, run the extract-as-table action, and paste clean CSV or Markdown straight into a spreadsheet or document. Headers, rows, and columns come back structured.
